UWT is pleased to announce the availability of this new feature that will allow you to record a customized greeting for each line.

This feature can be accessed through the IVR system for which you will find the instructions below. Please note that maximum recording time for this feature is 5 seconds and each line needs to have a separate greeting (customers with roll over feature will need to record a separate greeting for each roll over line). Recording of customized greetings through our IVR is free of charge.

Applying the same greeting to multiple lines (in case of roll over lines or multiple phone lines) is available at $5 per line - maximum $100. Please contact customer support for help with this option. The recorded greeting will be played after a caller dials designated phone number and before the forwarding number starts ringing.

Recording a Customized Greeting for CallMe800 & CallMyGlobalNumber Services

1. Dial our global Interactive Voice access number (this is a US based number) +1 (305) 406 0899

2. When prompted enter your 15 digit PIN number followed by a # sign (Your 15 digit PIN is located below your unique CallMe800 or CallMyGlobalNumber phone number in the control panel).

3. When prompted please enter your 4 to 5 digit account password followed by the # sign.

4. Press 5 to record greeting.

5. If this is the first time you record a personal greeting, you will be prompted to enter a 7 digit code for which you can either use any 7 digit number easy to remember or use the first 7 digits of your 15 digit PIN (do not enter the # sign at the end).

6. For confirmation, re-enter this 7 digit code when prompted. The number will be repeated by the computer.

7. Press 1 to Save, 2 to replay, 3 to change/modify this number.

8. Press 5 and record your personal greeting after the beep. End your recording by pressing the # key

9. Press 1 to Save, 2 to replay, 3 to change/modify your recording.

10. To delete your personal greeting NOW press 6. To delete the greeting from a new session, please see instructions below.

11. Hang up to complete your session.

Deleting a Customized Greeting

1. Dial our global Interactive Voice access number (this is a US based number) +1 (305) 406 0899

2. When prompted enter your 15 digit PIN number followed by a # sign

3. When prompted please enter your 4 to 5 digit account password followed by the # sign.

4. Press 6 to delete greeting.
