MORE ON COMMISSIONS
The commissions are of course of vital interest to you as a Namada Associate. Since we have many new agents it is appropriate to clarify how the commissions work, and what it takes to earn real money in the telecom business.
First, your commissions start generating from the day your customers start using our services. But please expect actual commission payments to take awhile. The reason is that the customer will be billed after month end, presumably pay in the next month; then the telecom provider will send us a commission statement and subsequently we calculate the commissions due to each associate. Depending on the service provider, the first commission check may not arrive until the third month. Thereafter, they pay monthly!
Due to the cost of payments (often international), your commissions will be paid when the amount exceeds $(USD) 100. Any amounts under $100 will be brought forward and added to the next commissions until the total amount due to you is at least $100. So you are paid everything earned.
That said, we can move to the more interesting part: how to earn the real money …..
We used to say to avoid small accounts, but with the internet and means to market globally with your own websites (we provide several) you can just as easily sign 100 small accounts as one big one. This changed everything and now our focus has no limits.
Be sure to reassure the customer that you are available and willing to assist with any questions. Note: it is important to let them know they can contact service providers directly. We deal only with providers that offer direct customer service. Make the phone, fax and e-mail numbers of their customer service a part of your welcome letter!
